LAKEWOOD TOWNHOMES

This property was built in 1972 on land that adjoins Lakewood Park.  We have 36 townhomes.  There are 8 single bedroom units, 22 two bedroom units and 6 three bedroom units.  The single bedroom units are on ground level.  Our two and three bedroom ones have full basements with laundry hookups, and bedrooms upstairs. We provide stoves and refrigerators in all units and all utilities are included in the rent.

 

We have a maintenance man on staff.  Our grounds are well taken care of and pleasing to the eye.

 

The park is nearby with fishing and picnic tables within walking distance. The disc golf course is just across the property line.
