Our Townhomes are available in 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
The one bedrooms are are all on one level and are approximately 508 sq ft.
The two bedrooms are approximately 920 sq ft.
plus the basement.
The three bedrooms are approximately 1120 sq ft.

Our Townhomes
Our two bedroom units (pictured in slide show) have a combined kitchen and dining area with sliding doors to a patio.
The bedrooms and bath are upstairs, and there is a full basement with laundry hook-ups and plenty of storage in both the two and three bedroom townhomes.
The smaller bedroom has a large walk-in closet.
The larger bedroom has a closet that is not as deep, but extends the width of the room. The bedrooms have ceiling fans installed.
Our three bedroom has an additional bathroom halfway down the stairs towards the basement.
Outside views
We have an abundance of trees and shrubs for a beautiful view any time of the year. We have only 1 drive into and out of the property, which limits extra traffic.
Our mailboxes are centrally located on the property, and we have dumpsters in 2 locations for easy accessibility.
